On-site, three weeks, twenty-seven sessions. White-glove training for the whole team, then role-based sessions for search, dashboards, reports, and admins. Training is built around your team — we train the trainers and stand up a Power User program so agents always have a peer to ask.

Perchwell was founded in 2015 and launched in New York City in 2018. Our first customers were NYC brokerages who needed better tools than what the market offered. We spent six years building directly for brokers and agents as our primary customer. That is still the lens we build from.
